SanDiego.com To Go Up for sale at an auction of Ribs on Friday (May 7)

I learned that assets of SD acquisitions LLC, SanDiego.com domain name owner, will rise by public auction at 5 PM (Pacific time) Friday (7 May), in the offices of SanDigeo.com in 610 West Ash Street, Suite 1405, in San Diego.

Mark Burgess, the founder of the company and the registrant SanDiego.com, original said that two notes secured by the domain name and the rest of the assets of the company were excluded in; one representing $ 2.6 million held by Blackthorn Equity and another $ 500,000 held by North American Equity Partners with both companies acting for Robert DeuPree, formerly American Internet

Services. Burgess said DeuPree put another $ 700,000 in the company that gave the 37% of the shares.

Burgess said independent evaluation by experts from the means of local communication Borrell Associates the estimated value of SanDiego.com to be as high as $ 8 million, given the call made by the San Diego market. SanDiego.com is a well-developed site Burgess said that I was doing more than $ 700,000 in ad sales and revenues of the search.

"Burgess said Borrell believes that these revenues can increase significantly." "Applied successfully marketing dollars and sufficient sales staff, SanDiego.com was compared with a runner Marathon first potential level without a coach, a sponsor or registration in the race, or a 16 year-old Elvis picking up his guitar in his room in Tupelo, Mississippi," Burgess said."Original as registrant of the domain name and company, founder I agree.""The site receives a very high amount of direct traffic that gives the opportunity to make the site as any other site linked to San Diego".

Burgess added, "is not a play technology, is a publication of the work, and that experience will be needed to take it to the next level." I think that the domain name and the business opportunity is worth more than $ 3 million and I am hoping that someone take over the assets and build a successful website and affordable to serve citizens and visitors to San Diego.
